Spreading Christmas Joy and Kindness at School

This week our Kindergartners took time to spread love and joy to our school community by creating handmade candy cane huggers and delivering them to our faculty and staff. We told each one of them how much we appreciated them and what they meant to us. Here is a show from our special day of spreading kindness to others.

Party with the Principal

Our Kindergartners enjoyed partying with our principal this week in celebration of their parents joining our Watson PTA. We enjoyed donuts, bananas, and Capri Suns. Then, we had a dance party with Mr. Leday and Mrs. Goodwin. It was so much fun! Here are some pictures of our fun time together. Thank you for joining our PTA. They do so much to support our Watson family! From funding field trips to Glow Night and beyond....we are so blessed to have the privilege of working with them each year!

Amazing Addition

In math this week we continued our study of addition. We enjoyed playing a game of Roll and Record where we practiced adding two numbers together to find the sum. Our favorite activity this week was domino addition where we used our iPads to write addition problems that we created from dominos. We had so much fun moving around the room solving addition problem after addition problem. Here are some cute pictures from this activity. Ask us how to solve your favorite addition problem for you!
