Fun Run

  What a fun day we had running in our school's Fun Run! With each lap that we ran, we earned money for our school, which we plan to use to help pay for field trips! I am so excited to announce that Miss Todd's class came in First Place raising $1,440, Mrs. Lengle's class raised $450, and Dr. Mendoza's class raised $30! That's wonderful, and we could not be more grateful for your help and support! After the Fun Run, we enjoyed our movie reward and a super delicious snack. Music Around the World--Week 3--Latin America

  What a fun day we had in our third day of Music Around the World! We learned about Latin America and the exciting music that this country has to offer. We were introduced to two of their favorite instruments the guiro and the maracas. We also enjoyed two of their favorite songs, "La Raspa", and a traditional Latin American song, "De Colores." Put A Little Love in Your Heart

 Our Kindergarten and First Grade students recently had the privilege of hosting our very own PTA program. We enjoyed putting on an exciting show entitled, "Put A Little Love in Your Heart" where we defined the meaning of love in our lives and encouraged others to go out into our world and spread love. Our kids did an amazing job, and I could not be more proud of them. Thank you for reminding us all about the power of sharing love and kindness with others!
